Custom Framing Gallery Frames specialises in all your framing needs. We use modern materials and and recommend conservation methods where your job requires full protection. We offer over 1000 different frames and there are hundereds of matboard colours to choose from. Please note however, we have closed off all pre-Christmas orders. Framing orders will be taken this side of Christmas for collection mid to late January. We also offer: Design and framing advice: Let us show you the many techniques and creative ideas for your artwork, photos or memorbillia. We will also advise on the importance of protecting your art from the exposure to the sun and moisture. Conservation of original works. Whether it is a simple framing job involving a certificate or photograph, or an original, worth thousands, we always use acid free mounts and advise on conservation methods. Reframing of older works A large amount of our work is reframing. For three main reasons you may consider reframing. The first is to refresh or update the work to suit the ever changing interior design trends; the second to protect your artwork using modern materials such as conservation boards; and the third is to reuse existing favourite art instead of buying new expensive works. Needlework/Tapestry We specialize in all your needlework requirements and will stretch your work if you are unable. Stretching of Canvases Any sizes and types-ask for quotes. Blockmounts Friday to Friday service if dropped off before midday Sports and Military Memorbillia we specialize in sports, military and anything unusual. We have a passion for something different and we can provide you with all sorts of advice for the presentation of your special item.
